JSC Avtoelektronika is equipped with the assembly and control products of surface mounting and has production facilities of manufacturing products by thick film, hybrid and semiconductor technology assisted computer-aided design. Own test base enables to probe all types of tests of new and serial products. The Test Laboratory is equipped with high-tech machinery. The climatic chambers ensure the test operation of products on the effect of high temperature at the humidity, dry heat, low temperature. Chamber of humidity and salt spray enables to test the corrosion resistance of any particular product.The automated assembly of printed circuit boards with surface mounted of radioelements produces on the SMD-assembly lines of SAMSUNG and FUJI. Installation of screen printing manufactured by companies from USA, Italy, England produces printing with a resolution of 100 microns and a field of print 150 x 150, and the capacity of 5 units / min. of 1 installation.
High-temperature furnace brazing zone 07.10 made by WJ Watkins-Johnson, BTU, R.SE. maintain the temperature with accuracy ± 3° C. High-speed installation of laser trimming of resistors ESI 4210 is fit to ± 0,5% in 2 resistor per second. Production capacity of area is nearly a 200 thsd. thick-film circuit boards per month.
